INDUSTRIAL LINE FOR SAVORY POPCORN PRODUCTION

100 kg/h popcorn processing line for savory popcorn production made by Robolabs. The line uses patented Vortex Grand Robopop 220 Popper for making popcorn. After popping popcorn through conveyor belt goes to collecting bin. Oil with different savory additives (salt, cheese etc.) is constantly heated up and agitated in oil tanks. Popcorn evenly supplied from Collecting Bin through vibrating feeder to Coating Drum, where it is covered with a mix of oil with seasoning.
