ORDER ACCEPTANCE AND BILLING

Robolabs LLC may request a pre-authorization for some orders placed online with a credit or debit card. This pre-authorization will not be billed to you; however, your card issuer may hold this amount for a short period. Your card issuer determines the length of time the pre-authorization is held. We do this to ensure that the card details are still valid and that you have sufficient funds to complete the transaction. By confirming your purchase at the end of the checkout process, you agree to accept and pay for the item(s). You will not be charged for most orders until the order has shipped. Robolabs LLC reserves the right to limit the quantity of items purchased per person, per household or per order for any reason. We will notify you should such limits be applied. Robolabs LLC also reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to prohibit sales to dealers or resellers. PRICING INFORMATION
Robolabs LLC cannot confirm the price of an item until after your order is placed. Pricing errors may occur on this website. Robolabs LLC reserves the right to cancel any orders containing pricing errors, with no further obligations to you, even after your receipt of an order confirmation or shipping notice from Robolabs LLC. Robolabs LLC may, at its discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Pricing for products may be different on this website from prices available in Robolabs LLC stores or Dealers. Not all items are available to order online. All orders will be charged tax. Tax exempt organizations must call to place an order.

PROMOTIONAL CODES
Promotional codes are limited in nature and may expire or discontinue with or without notice. Promotional codes are void where prohibited by law. Promotional codes may not be copied, sold, or otherwise offered. They are not redeemable for cash and are subject to cancellation or change at any time for any reason.


SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Delivery of items purchased from this website is available mostly worldwide. For all international deliverys local fee, custom border comissions and tax may apply. Please, check your domestic rules, laws and under taxes amout of goods sale. All items will be shipped via UPS, USPS, FedEx, SDEK, EMS Russian Post, DHL, third-party delivery company or similar way. Expedited shipping is not available on orders placed through this website, but if it is possible (depends on shipping company) track number will be send. We cannot ship to PO Boxes or unattended addresses, person on delivery address shoud sign delivery Bill of Landing on it own responsibility. All items ship separately in separate box. Exception may apply to small items.

RETURNS
Buyer must contact Robolabs LLC at 1-904-631-8771 or his dealer for authorization of return before shipping the items back to Robolabs LLC at Buyer’s expense.
No credits or returns will be granted without express pre-authorization from Robolabs LLC, which can be withheld in our sole discretion. No used or damaged merchandise will be accepted for return. No food products may be returned. No obsolete, “stale dated”, or discontinued items will be accepted for return. A minimum 25% restocking fee is deducted from any credit or refund. Credits will be issued at the lesser of current list price or the price you paid, less restocking fee. Robolabs LLC will only consider authorizing returns of eligible items up to 60 days from date of purchase. Exception: once we have discontinued a product we will not accept any of that item for return. Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days.
