On the RP75 machine, the sifter does not spin
First of all, you need to disconnect the motor from the roller / wheel, check the condition of the roller . Also check the functioning of the motor with the gearbox separately from the roller. It is possible that the motor is running, but the rotation is not transmitted to the roller/drive shaft due to a malfunction of the roller/driveshaft. If the drive shaft/roller is faulty, then you will need to change it, this is code 181450.
If it's not the roller/drive shaft, then:
1. Make sure that when the sifter starts in test mode, the output lights up Y0 controller DC1.
2. From the test mode, check the operation of the grain dispenser (make sure that the power required for the controller outputs supplied to the controller, and the driver of the grain dispenser motor is working).
3. Check the resistance of the motor windings M2 (see the diagram in the attachment) between A+ and A- and also between B+ B-. Each measurement should be approx. 0.7 Ohm (this will ensure you what the motor's cupper wires are ok)
4. Check the integrity of the circuit between the DD1 driver, the DC1 controller, and the TV power supply (see diagram). Attention: there is a 2kΩ resistor between Y0/DC1 and PUL-/DD1, so this part must be checked in resistance measurement mode. At the same time, check the tightness of the screw terminals, the installation of connectors, and so on.
5. Check and make sure that the settings of the drivers DD1 and DD2 are the same and match the settings on the diagram. Swap the drivers themselves and check the operation of the grain dispenser and sifter again (make sure that the drivers are working).
6. If, when changing drivers, the sifter does not work again, but the grain dispenser works, then there may be a malfunction in the mechanical part of the motor or its gearbox. In this case, most likely it will be necessary to change the motor."
