For small spaces, we offer a solution in the form of RoboFactory 100 divided into 2 floors. If you are taking the first steps and do not have a large area, then the division into 2 floors will allow you to place a factory with a minimum footprint.
1st floor - warehouse of raw materials and materials. Usually, these are heavy bags of grain and boxes of nutritional supplements. They are difficult to lift to the 2nd floor. Also on the ground floor are the heaviest elements of RoboFactory 100 - Robopop220, a conveyor, and a control cabinet. Also on the first floor, there is packaging equipment (directly under the coating drum).
2nd floor - the upper part of the conveyor comes out here. Lighter equipment is also located here: a popcorn hopper, oil tanks, and a coater drum. Directly below the drum, you can install (1st floor) packaging equipment. Also on the second floor, there is usually a storage warehouse for semi-finished products: ready-made cheese popcorn in huge plastic bags, which can then be sent to the packaging machine for the final stage (individually packaged product).
RoboFactory 100 is a turnkey cheesy/savory popcorn factory with a capacity of up to 100kg (220lbs) of popcorn per hour.
At the entrance, you pour raw materials: popcorn grains, salt, butter, cheese powder, and spices. As a result, you get the finished product without any extra effort.
The production line is fully automated, controlled from a single touchscreen, 1 operator is enough for maintenance. Each element of the line is displayed as a block on the touchscreen - starting, stopping, and changing settings are done with a finger press on the touch screen. All elements also have a backup control channel, which increases the reliability of the system as a whole.
Using the Robopop220 vortex popcorn machine allows you to refuse the "wet method" of opening the maize kernels - popcorn grains are not fried in oil (there are no trans fats or carcinogens). The product is healthier and less high-calorie.
The oil is used only at the last stage to give the taste of the finished product, which also allows you to significantly reduce the cost and save on oil. Your premises will be cleaner - no need to remove oil cinders from the surfaces of equipment, cabinets, or floors. It is much easier to clean the popcorn equipment at the end of the shift.
