Here are the details of the malfunction:
So there are a lot of problems:
1. HEATING indicator doesn't light up. This might be because the light block (marked as HL, see the wiring diagram attached and the pic) is out of order, if so, it needs to be replaced. However, the light itself doesn't affect the heating process.

2. Smoke coming out from the machine. This might be caused by scorched kernels that were accumulated somewhere inside the machine (remember those chunks of charred popcorn on the video). Because of weak air flow, popcorn does not coming out from the chamber, so it burns eventually.
3. Popcorn that doesn't leave the chamber is a sign that air flow is weak. There are few reasons for this:
- Loose V-belt, check the belt tension (see instructions attached).
- Inspect the V-belt to see if it has cracks or ruptures. Generally V-belts are subject to wear and tear, so they need to be changed from time to time.
- AC motor that drives the turbine is out of order. Check all three coils of the motor with a tester set in resistance measurement mode. The motor marked as M1 on the wiring diagram, it is connected to the contactor KM1. If you fail to find the right contactor, open the compartment with electric components, make a photo and send it to me.
Also, let me know how wide is the temperature fluctuation you may see on the temperature regulator (DC1, see pic attached) inside the compartment during normal operation of the machine.
